Refund Policy

IE AOM guarantees a fair approach to refunds for paid services on stellarme.net.

1. Refund conditions

A refund is available within 14 calendar days of payment, provided the service has not yet been fully rendered.

2. Non-refundable services

One-off reports (natal chart PDF, compatibility) that have already been generated and downloaded are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Refunds for the unused portion of a subscription are available within the first 14 days.

4. How to request a refund

Write to the support email or via the contact form, providing the order number and reason. Processing takes up to 10 business days.

5. Refund method

Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment, through Kaspi Bank. Funds typically arrive within 14 business days.
